Process

01.
Place Your Order
The order form, found on Contact page, allows you to tell us the style and size of quilt you would like, your address and contact info, and your payment preference. Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email with cost estimate and instructions on sending in your materials.

Send In Materials and Deposit
Box up your t-shirts or clothing to send to us.  You may indicate which garments are most important with post-it notes.  Be sure to include your deposit of 50% down with your materials.  It can be made via Zelle or a personal check.  
03.
Work Begins
Once we receive your materials and deposit, we begin designing and constructing your quilt. We will give you an estimate of your finish date at this time.

Policies

Returns

We hope that by working closely with you, your quilt is designed and constructed to your satisfaction. There are no refunds or returns on custom quilts. We will be happy to make repairs within 30 days of receipt by client.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is due upon order. We accept payment via Zelle, Paypal or personal check to be included with your materials.

Shipping

Quilts are shipped by UPS Ground for a flat fee of $40.  Fee includes careful handling, shipping, tracking and insurance.  

Sales Tax

Wisconsin residents must pay applicable sales tax.
